Practical admin tools

TemplatePilot tools are designed to help with everyday business administration. They are not legal, tax, accounting, HR or financial advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking invoice values, dates, payment records, exports and management charts before sharing or relying on them.

Browser storage

Browser draft saving depends on your device and browser. Clearing browser data, changing device or using private browsing may remove saved drafts. For a portable backup, download an Excel export.

Downloads and paid features

All TemplatePilot tools are currently free browser tools. If future paid features are introduced, they will be clearly stated with pricing, refund and access terms before any payment.

Availability

We aim to keep tools useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every spreadsheet variation will import perfectly.
